Our rapidly growing independent insurance agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team in Excelsior, Minnesota. As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling and servicing a variety of personal insurance policies including home, auto, and umbrella coverage.
Responsibilities:
Sell and service personal insurance policies including home, auto, and umbrella coverage
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Maintain accurate client records and manage renewals and policy changes
Stay current on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in any of the following: Customer service, management, or preferably personal lines insurance sales and service
Active Minnesota property and casualty insurance license (Full scholarship available for the right candidate).
Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software
We offer a competitive salary package, flexible schedule, ability to work remotely, paid training, and paid time off.
Salary range of $40,000-$80,000 depending on related experience +
commission & bonus structure.
